Daily Pool Access and a Pool & Beach Ladies Day

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

If you’ve ever enjoyed a pool day - or brunch - at Conrad, you’ll already know their setup is fab: multiple pools lead down to the private beach, with plenty of sun lounges tucked away by each one. There’s the gorgeous big infinity-style pool, a family friendly pool to the left and the adults-only pool on the right - conveniently located next to the pool bar. Coincidence, we think not!

Ladies, Wednesday evenings are just for you. Each week, Ladies Sunset Wednesdays kicks off from 4PM - 8PM. You’ll be treated to exclusive pool and beach access along with a welcome drink for AED159 - no boys allowed! Bring the lads any other day of the week - part of the day pass is redeemable on both weekends and week days, and that goes for the kids too. Weekdays will set you back AED250 (AED 150 F&B credit) and weekends a bit pricier at AED350, with AED200 F&B credit included.

Pool & Beach Day Pass

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi

When we say this is the ultimate pool and beach day, we mean it! You’ll need every hour you can manage to make the most of all the activities available: as well as access to the gorgeous pools and stunning private beach, the beach club offers complimentary water sports activities, so you can try your hand at kayaking and paddle boarding. The AquaFun Park, sitting 70 metres offshore, is an inflatable bundle of fun for all ages - although you do have to meet a minimum height requirement to use it - and there are all manner of slides and a lazy river to enjoy. Kids can partake in plenty of activities at the Kids Play Zone to keep them occupied while the adults relax in the lush palace grounds - bliss.

As a premier pool and beach day with a tonne of inclusions, it certainly isn’t the cheapest one in the city, but for the setting, the unparalleled amenities and the vast number of activities on offer, it’s well worth it. Weekdays will set you back AED400 per adult, with AED125 dining credit, and kids are AED200 with AED75 credit back for dining as well. On weekends and public holidays, you’re looking at AED450 for adults and AED250 per child. A few more extras? If you fancy a manicure or a trip to the barber while you’re visiting, you can score 20% off at Bastien Gonzalez and Acqua Di Parma Barbiere, as well as 20% on padel activities if you find time for a game.

Hilton Au Dhabi Yas Island

Sundays are a whole lot more fun on Yas Island with this fab Splash & Brunch day by the pool. Dive into a day of splashing good times, delicious bites, free-flowing drinks - cocktails and mocktails included! - and live entertainment! We had way more fun than your usual Sunday should allow when we went, and didn’t want to go home. Check out more of our day by the pool here. Kids club and play zone are included as well - so it really is a great time for the whole family. Arrive early to grab the best sun loungers, and you’ll be well looked after by the friendly staff as they ferry drinks and food from Capila Pool Bar & Grill.

Saadiyat Beach Club

Unarguably one of the most bougie pool days in Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Beach Club deserves its reputation as a great day out. Always top of the list when you have visitors in town, it shows off the best of the Abu Dhabi pool day scene, with the stunning Saadiyat Beach as a backdrop. It’s pricey, and there’s nothing redeemable on F&B, but ladies can enjoy some perks - and cheaper rates - a couple of times a week.

It’s Ladies Day every Tuesday and Friday, so you can enjoy a day by the water with your girlfriends - or a good book. On Tuesdays, it’ll set you back AED150, and on Fridays AED199, so if you’re one of the lucky ones with a flexible schedule, you’ll be cheering. Sun beds are first come, first serve - so it pays to arrive early.
