How many people does a BB+ subscription cover? 

It depends on the tier you subscribe for. A standard subscription covers 2 adults and 3 children for AED119 (and can be accessed on one phone). A Friends and Family subscription (AED199) gives you the option to have your subscription on two phones - perfect for sharing with your husband, wife, bestie or sibling so you can be out and about using your subscription in two places at once!

I’ve bought my subscription! How do I redeem my BB+ discounts? 

It’s super easy! Once you sign up for your paid membership, you can start saving immediately. There’s no delay or annoying admin - just dirhams back in your pocket from day one. 

Restaurants, bars and liquor shops with a BB+ discount are easy to find - you can use the search bar to find your favourite, use the Maps feature to find discounts near you - or just scroll your way through hundreds of discounts across the city to see what you fancy trying next! 

To redeem in store, just click into the discount you want to use and select ‘Redeem Discount’ - redeem in-store. The staff member will ask to see the special code and unique user number, and take note of this. 

Some discounts can be redeemed online or over the phone - for takeaway or delivery, or special events that require tickets to be bought in advance. You’ll see this option when you click ‘Redeem Discount’ and instructions on how to redeem - it’s really simple.

How do I renew my BB+ subscription? 

Easy peasy - there's an auto-renew feature on the app so your subscription rolls on so your discounts are always ready for you - or can turn off automatic renewal, and renew manually each year if you prefer.
