Calling All Brooki Bakehouse Fans: Brooki’s Back In The UAE - For Good!

It’s been a big year for Brooke: she’s opened more stores in Australia, welcomed a second baby, and all the while been cooking - or should we say, baking - up a whole new treat for her ardent UAE fans: that’s right, alongside TWO December pop-ups in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Brookie Bakehouse is making a permanent move to the UAE. In news that’s great for our hearts but worrying for our wallets and waistlines, we can expect to see the signature pink bakeries settling into their new desert home in 2026 - which is just a month away. Where exactly? Only the best of the best locations (of course): hello, Yas Mall and The Galleria Al Maryah, is that you?

That investor that couldn’t get enough of the Brooki hype last December? Arada. Headquartered here in the UAE, they’re responsible for bringing Boost Juice and popular Sydney coffee roastery The Reformatory Lab from Australia to the UAE - so Brooki is in good company. And the investment? A cool AED60 million - representing Brooki Bakehouse’s first significant external investment, and what an investment it is! While we can expect to see the new stores opening from the beginning of 2026, starting with Abu Dhabi and Dubai, the sky’s the limit.

In the meantime? Brooki’s back and better than ever at Abu Dhabi’s Mother of the Nation from December 10th - January 4th, and at Dubai’s Marsa Boulevard. Has the investment gone to her head? Absolutely not - Brooke is as lovely and down to earth as ever. We couldn’t go past a quick visit on day one of MOTN - and she greeted us with a huge smile and a hug, happily catching up like it’d been a few weeks - not a whole year - since she took Abu Dhabi by storm for the first time. Running a cookie empire with two small children makes us tired just thinking about it - but Brooke’s feet are firmly on the ground and she’s ready for an adventure. It’s going to be another huge year for this Queensland girl turned baking superstar - but if anyone’s ready for the challenge, it’s Brooki.

• Cookie flavours (in Abu Dhabi): triple chocolate, cinnamon roll, Nutella, white chocolate macadamia, milk chocolate chip bueno and milk chocolate 
• Brooke will be popping between the Abu Dhabi and Dubai pop-ups (and taking some well earned breaks to work on the permanent locations) so keep an eye on her socials if you’re hoping to say hi - but the cookies will be baking fresh from open to close!
