As the weather heats up, it’s time to head inside, fill up your plates, fill up your glasses, fill the dancefloor - and make the most of the AC! We’ve picked nine of the best indoor brunches in Dubai for you to enjoy during the summer months: from lively, party vibes to more chilled affairs, you’ll find plenty to keep you occupied as the weather heats up.

Feast
Sheraton Grand Hotel Trade Centre
Best for: catching up with friends
Friday is just one of those nights when you want value and good food and drinks, but make it low-key. There are tons of live stations so we recommend you start with an order of the sizzling skewers at the live station - a plate full of smoky, charred perfection. The lamb green curry is a standout: it falls apart effortlessly and is completely divine!
There are a couple of nice surprises on the drinks menu, notably the sake lychee martini which was light, smelled beautiful and was subtly sweet without feeling like you’d swallowed the sweet shop and if you’re feeling particularly celebratory, upgrade to a champagne package with Moët.

TopGolf
Emirates Golf Club Emirates Hills 2
Best for: family fun for all ages
For a fun family brunch with great entertainment, head to Toad and the Hole at Topgolf. It’s a well-organised, slick event with games and even an hour of golf thrown in. Choose your team name for the afternoon then head outside for your round of golf (the fierce AC units mean it doesn’t count as outside, right?) and enjoy a starter platter whilst playing. Tuck into your main (the burger is great!) between all the games - show off your skills with darts, drink pong and tower building. Don’t miss the desert trolley as it does the rounds later in the afternoon. If you’re bringing the kids they have a fab kids club included in the price and under 7s go free. It’s loud, it’s fun and a properly fun afternoon for the whole family.

The food is Latin-inspired: think tacos, empanadas and succulent grilled meats. Live entertainment means there’s never a dull moment - yes, that includes a full blown mariachi band! - and you’ll really feel like you’re at a Mexican fiesta! It’s an adult party (over 21s only) so leave the kids at home. Keen to keep the party going? There’s a popular after party from 4PM - 6PM, where AED120 will net you 3 drinks.

Best for: great value
If you’re watching the dirhams, you can’t beat the Double Trouble brunch at Pizza Express in JLT. For only AED175, you can enjoy unlimited house beverages, unlimited starters, a main course and a dessert. The starters include crowd pleasers like arancini and a creamy burrata - they really hit the spot - and of course the legendary dough balls (just try not to fill up on them - rookie error!). Mains are a classic Italian affair of pizza and pasta. It’s a lively afternoon with loud music and a buzzing atmosphere. There’s an after party on offer too - only AED99 for 2 hours of unlimited drinks. Don’t make any big plans for Sunday morning after this one!

Maiden Shanghai
Five Palm Jumeirah The Palm
Best for: celebrating, Dubai-style
Claiming to be ‘Dubai’s naughtiest brunch’, Naughty Noodles at Maiden Shanghai does not disappoint. Shots are regularly handed out by the dancers, there’s a cheeky Chinese dragon and everyone is up dancing all the time. They lower the blinds and pump up the music after the first hour - so enjoy the delicious food first (the dumplings are incredible!), then get ready to party!
It’s the perfect indoor brunch spot if you’re looking for a lively way to spend Saturday afternoon and want the full Dubai brunch experience. Cabin crew and teachers get AED100 off the brunch packages and if it’s your birthday you can brunch for free - you just need to bring along 5 friends!

Josette
ICD Brookfield Place DIFC
Best for: a luxurious brunch
Looking for a classy brunch? Josette hits the spot every time. Our advice? Skip breakfast: the sharing starters include a number of breakfast-style options, including eggs benedict and another egg dish on toasted brioche with a creamy mushroom sauce, so it will scratch the brekky itch. The highlight of the starter selection for us is Josette’s signature escargot dish, smothered in a nutty almond butter they’re enough to convert even the escargot skeptics. Main courses are kept simple - you have a choice of 3 dishes: beef, chicken or celeriac. Like starters, desserts are sharing style and include crème brûlée, a moreish eclair and a pavlova.
Cocktails on the house package are great and include espresso martini, Hugo spritz and bloody Mary Français (a great twist on a classic). There’s entertainment all afternoon from dancers and a DJ and the vibe is undeniably classy yet upbeat. Prices don’t include taxes (a bit sneaky) so keep in mind you’ll pay that extra 12% on top. It’s not cheap, but worth it for an afternoon treating yourself - go on, you deserve it!

Rowleys
Central Park Towers DIFC
Best for: meat lovers
Unlimited steak? Yep, you read that right! If you’re looking for a relaxed steakhouse brunch then Rowleys, located in the heart of DIFC and newly opened straight from London, is the place to go. Boasting amazing Burj Khalifa views from the restaurant, this is a cool way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The steak is juicy and cooked to perfection - and your preference. There’s also crispy frites along with range of signature salads. It’s a cool spot with a laid-back vibe - an easy breezy Saturday brunch in Dubai. WIth children under 7 eating for free, it’s a great option to take the whole family for an indoor brunch in the warmer months.

STK
Rixos Premium JBR
Best for: an indoor evening brunch
An extremely popular Saturday evening brunch for good reason, STK ranks amongst the best brunches in Dubai for vibes. The atmosphere is incredible and the entertainment is fantastic, getting the crowd up on their feet with ease. The food is high quality and delicious (make sure you find time to eat it between the dancing) with sharing starters such as sliders and tacos and a choice of main. For us, it’s hard to see past the steak: you have the choice of fillet or striploin, with a choice of sides and sauces. Other mains on the menu? A hearty round up of sea bass, rigatoni and chicken.
Drinks are varied with a bunch of cocktails to choose from - our favourite is the Pink-ish, a vodka-based fruity delight! They also do a brunch in the day (Saturday 1PM - 4PM) if you fancy starting earlier and making a proper day of it!

Zuma
Gate Village DIFC
Best for: sushi, and lots of it!
On the hunt for a sushi brunch? Head to Zuma’s Baikingu Saturday brunch - one of Dubai’s most loved brunches. This trendy and sophisticated award-winning restaurant serves contemporary Japanese cuisine and their brunch is buffet-style, meaning you can eat as much as you like, judgement free! There are live sushi and robata stations, as well as a huge amount of sashimi, nigiri and maki.
Sushi not your thing? There’re loads of hot and cold dishes to choose from as well - don’t skip the delicious Australian ribeye with truffle mayo. It’s surprisingly child-friendly for such a cool place - there’s even a separate kids area where they’ll be entertained whilst you dine. It’s not the cheapest brunch, but the quality of food, the classy atmosphere and the top-notch service make it worthwhile.
