Not only does this Italian-inspired restaurant serve up a bounty of Mediterranean fare, the views over the resort gardens are perfect for when you want a little dose of greenery - from the comfort of the AC! The Chef’s Brunch consistently ranks amongst the best in the city, and for good reason: find yourself here on a Saturday afternoon and you won’t want to leave. Alongside an abundance of live cooking stations, an Italian buffet that will make you want to sing, tuck into everything from Wagyu beef and foie gras to a wide range of seafood options and an excellent carvery with all the trimmings. The dedicated vegan section isn’t just an afterthought - a big win if you have a group with mixed dietaries - and there is a kids selection with the likes of mini burgers and chicken tenders for the less developed palates.

If entertainment and desserts are your jam, White is up there with the best in Abu Dhabi - and definitely one of our favourites. Everything about this brunch gets better every time we try it, from the excellent roast meats, the luscious, cold, fresh seafood selection to the outstanding sushi, sashimi and nigiri and the ‘wow’ live grill and shawarma stations. Great brunch for vegetarians - plenty of choices - as you’d expect at a top tier brunch. 

Desserts are impeccable. We love the lot - from cream-filled macarons, eclairs, vibrant green ‘apples’ on sable, and the most divine apple mille feuille. The chocolate table is literally everything chocolate: from the tabletop to the extravagant sea creatures crafted from chocolate and everything in between. There's entertainment in the form of an excellent duo, great music in between sets and little bits for kids including a supervised colouring area, face painting and a giant jenga.

This is somewhere to bring your guests to give them the quintessential Abu Dhabi brunch experience - but also a great place for families and groups to come together and know that everyone will be highly entertained, well looked after and most importantly - well fed!

Basically from the day Craft opened their doors - serving up excellent southern-inspired food and the UAE’s first brewery to boot - we’ve been waiting for them to launch a brunch. At last, our hopes have been answered, and it’s a cracking brunch that’s already become a firm favourite. 

Food and drinks are unlimited; you can reorder whatever you like and there’s a lot to love. The smokehouse meats are epic - drool, burnt ends! - the craft beers and creative cocktails are great and come quickly, and it sports a vibe unlike any other brunch in the city.

Kick off with starters like brisket nachos, warm pretzel or a slice or three of sourdough pizza, before getting stuck into the meat options and stellar sides (don’t skip the corn ribs). Finish with the deliciously fudgy Mississippi mud pie, a huge wedge of buttermilk pie or the snowy beignets - share with your mates or order seconds, you’ll want to try more than one of these! 

This brunch is a must-try - the vibe is fun with a DJ alongside the hustle and bustle of a buzzing crowd and smiling staff, and it’s a brunch that’s right at home indoors - not just for summer but all year round!

Start with some cold plates to share - we love their smoked salmon on potato rosti and beetroot carpaccio with goat cheese - and hot starters like beef cheeks on black bread, sliders, eggs royale and crispy polenta and mushrooms. 

Take your pick of elegant mains - smoked and grilled beef, seabream, salmon Wellington and a fab charcoal cauliflower make the cut - followed by a sweet treat to finish. Vegetarians are well looked after - not an after thought! - as are non-drinkers. The mocktails and cocktails are named for their Nordic roots, so look out for midnight sun, viking voyage and Nordic nectar. Live music keeps the vibe on point all afternoon, and the upmarket menu combined with the gorgeous backdrop make this brunch one to try this summer - and it’s a great treat for visitors if you want to show off one of the best views in Abu Dhabi.
