A fan favourite in Abu Dhabi, this Argentine-come-Lebanese has been making waves on Best Bites Abu Dhabi since it’s conception. And this Saturday brunch is sure to please all you meat lovers. From the minute you walk in there’s a fabulous assault on your sense: the smoke from the open fire kitchen, the strong, sultry notes of the singer and the incredible movement that epitomised Maté.
We loved the superb empanadas, and the drama-filled carpaccio which was flamed at the table and tasted sublime. Gorge yourself on sweetbreads served in a giant ceramic cow head, before tasting some marvellous meats including skirt steak, short ribs, chorizo, before oohing and aahing to the tomahawk flambeé – it is quite the showstopper! This is one for you who likes quality food and an insanely good vibe!

Choose from Indian favourites, with a little Chef Gurleen twist - this is a man who knows that Indian food does not need to blow your head off in order for it to be full of flavour. So you can choose your spice level and relax, you are in good hands. We loved the samosa chaat, the lamb shank rogan josh, and make sure to save some space for the lotus kulfi. Delish!

We are big fans of one of the OGs in the Abu Dhabi pub food scene, and when we heard they had a new menu we knew we had to pop along and try out some new pub grub! And with its 25% off with BB+ it makes this affordable to boot. With plenty of big screens showing all the sporting action, pool tables, and a kids play area outside (for the cooler months) it is not surprising that this remains an Abu Dhabi family favourite.
The huge and juice TSA burger was a big hit, and the Irish pepper-steak pie really hit that comfort food spot. And big and small kids alike will not want to share the Sportsman’s Sundae.

Full of whimsy this tea is served a-la-picnic, with you being the guest of honour at the Mad Hatter’s tea party.
