Add in a DJ who understands the assignment - getting the brunch crowd up and dancing with back to back nostalgic hits - and dancers who appear with boundless energy to tie it all together, and you’ll find it hard not to have the best Saturday afternoon in the city!

On the other side of the city, treat yourself to another terrace while the weather is kind! Garden Brunch has thrown open the doors and is back outside, and you’ll be very glad about it. Bringing back all the old favourites - look out for the seafood market, sushi, live cooking stations including your steak grilled to order, roast leg of lamb, beef Wellington, Indian and Italian stations - this brunch becomes a race against time to try everything before your stomach says no more!
If you need a breather, Anna Kosh is on hand with a relaxing setlist of live music, ranging from soul classics to jazz. After a break, don’t forget dessert - the selection is top and seconds are encouraged! For a Saturday afternoon well spent, head to the revamped Daydream brunch: they have stepped up the game with new outdoor stations and a dessert selection that dreams are made of, alongside your brunch classics!
Always a winner, look out for the well stocked cold seafood station, with mussels, crabs and oysters aplenty. Head outdoors and the true stars of the show are ready for you: it’s live station time! Let the chefs prepare fresh chicken tacos while you watch or cook up a storm at the outdoor grill and smoker - yes, it tastes as good as it smells! - with brisket, roast chicken, fresh prawns, lamb chops and steak done fresh to order. Don’t pass up some of the other favourites on offer: the Wagyu pie is top notch, and signature slow cooked Nespresso short ribs rate highly. Back inside, it’s dessert time.
