This brunch has the hugest range of food of any Abu Dhabi brunch this season and I think you'd be hard-pressed not to find something that delights you.
Carvery meats? Tons of options. Short rib and beef Wellington? Superb. A massive tuna, cut to serve and lobster fresh off the grill? Absolutely. There's an Asian section with some excellent dumplings, a great Indian section with a superb vada pav and oodles of salads and ceviche. Choose your meat and step outside to have it grilled to your taste before your eyes.
Head to one of the numerous drinks stands outside for a great range of spirits, beer and wine, or pay a premium for Moet - it's totally worth it! Enjoy the excellent live band, which will get your feet tapping before you know it and settle in to spend some time poring over the expanse of food, knowing you'll have time to try everything.

THE PROJECT BRUNCH AT THE TERRACE ON THE CORNICHE

Start this incredible brunch in the St Regis Bar, that on brunch day serves as a room housing one of the best cheese selections known to humanity (check out the green edam!), stop by the dedicated chocolate room - top tip, start with the raspberry - get your welcome drink and it's already a foodie paradise.
This is absolutely one of Abu Dhabi's best brunches. All the food is upscale and slightly different from the norm. As well as the usual mussels and copious quantities of oysters, there are scallops in the shell, cockles and octopus, glasses of chicken liver parfait, whole salmon, lamb cutlets, duck confit, terrines and cold cuts. A whole tomahawk is delivered to the table with Yorkshires and vegetables and a great gravy, cooked to your taste.
The dessert table is resplendent with mousses, cheesecakes, lemon meringues and a super Oreo cheesecake. We love the funky marshmallows on the chocolate fountain and the absolutely outstanding chocolate tacos: fill them with cream and berries and this could be the only dessert you need.
Drinks are good - the house package includes Prosecco and at AED400, represents the best value in town - musicians are fabulous and service is excellent. This is a must-try brunch Abu Dhabi. You'll find us in the chocolate room!

This is probably the best brunch in terms of both entertainment and desserts in Abu Dhabi and definitely one of our favourites. The ambiance is huge, the selection is broad and the taste of the food top. And there is, of course, the chocolate art ... Our advice? Start here and finish here!
Everything about this brunch is a slight change-up this season, from the excellent roast meats, the luscious, cold, fresh seafood selection to the outstanding sushi, sashimi and nigiri and the wow live grill and shawarma stations. There are loads of vegetarian options: a beautifully displayed vegetable tower and salads that were outstanding - the German potato salad stood out.
Desserts surpassed the usual impeccable White standards. We loved the cream-filled macarons, the eclairs, the vibrant green ‘apples’ on sable that turn into something else entirely once cut into and the most divine apple mille feuille. The chocolate table is literally everything chocolate: from the giant turtle and the octopus to the little chocolate bites and the treasure chest!
There's entertainment in the form of an excellent duo, great music in between sets, an African drummer who held both children and adults in thrall, a magic show and numerous other little bits for children.
This is somewhere to bring your guests to give them the quintessential Abu Dhabi brunch experience but also the best place for families and groups to come together and know that everyone will be highly entertained and well fed.
