Loca at The Galleria has one of the best - and longest - happy hours in the city, with rock bottom prices on everything from beer, wine and spirits to margaritas - they are Mexican after all!

If you're after more of a pub vibe, check out 49ers - it has a loyal crowd of regulars, and their happy hour has 'buy one, get one free' on most drinks - you can also take advantage of a tasty burger and beer offer, snagging two burgers and two beers for AED99. Not bad at all.

Atlon is Abu Dhabi’s best hip hop, R&B bar and with a ton of new cocktail recipes, this is a happy hour you don’t want to miss. Bar bites are also on happy hour prices - in fact everything hits the same amazingly reasonable price point. The views across Maqta Creek are excellent and the music vibes high. For an off-island happy hour, Atlon is a great choice.

For more of a chic city vibe, you can't go past Hidden Bar at Rosewood. It's got a lovely terrace with views of the city and is reliably buzzing into the early hours.
