Best Bites Wine Club – Terms & Conditions
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Monthly Subscription: You will be charged monthly for the Wine Club subscription you select. Billing recurs automatically each month on your billing date.
- Cancellation: To cancel, email hello@bestbitesuae.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. If you let us know later than this you may still be charged.
- Age Requirement: You must be 21 years or older to subscribe and collect wine.
- ID Required: You will be asked to show valid ID at the store when collecting your wine - without it, you may not be able to collect.
- Collection: After signing up, you'll get a unique code by email. Present this code at any participating Peninsula Food & Wine store to collect your wine box.
- Code Use: Codes are single-use; you will get a new code each month
- Availability: Wine selections may vary and substitutions of the same or very similar value may be made if items are unavailable.

BB+ SUBSCRIPTION
- The BB+ subscription is non-refundable.
- By purchasing a BB+ subscription, you agree that your membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless you switch off auto-renew or cancel your subscription in Account Settings on the Best Bites app before the renewal date.
- It is the responsibility of the subscriber to manage their renewal settings. Best Bites does not offer refunds for subscriptions that renew automatically.
- BB+ promotions are subject to availability and participating establishments terms, including possible blackout days.
- Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- BB+ memberships are personal and may not be shared, unless a Friends & Family subscription has been purchased.
- To redeem a BB+ promotion, you must inform the establishment before requesting the bill or making payment.
- By purchasing a BB+ subscription, you confirm that you accept the Best Bites Terms and Conditions.
