ENAS

SOLUNA BEACH CLUB, PALM JUMEIRAH

Enas takes its guests on a contemporary Mediterranean journey through the Grecian islands and onto the eastern Mediterranean. Its sharing style menu using locally sourced, premium grade ingredients combined with its warm, earthy interiors with a touch of green create the perfect ambiance for a Greek lunch or dinner experience. Enas’ must try dishes include the Maze Platter, Pressed Lamb Shoulder and Seafood Orzo.

This brand new homegrown bistro in Umm Suqeim 2 already has made its name as one of Dubai’s top addresses for gourmet burgers. Emphasizing superior quality and eco-consciousness, the team behind the concept aims to revolutionize the local food scene. To ensure the freshest possible dishes and to reduce food waste, Eleven Green’s hand-pressed burger creations are prepared in limited quantity and the bistro remains open only until they sell out. HAWKERBOI

After hosting a series of sell-out supper clubs in secret locations across Dubai, the infamous Hawkerboi has settled on his first permanent residence at The Park, Jumeirah Lake Towers. The menu is inspired by the bustling street hawkers of Malaysia and Thailand and the venue is fully licensed, giving diners the best of both worlds. The restaurant is divided into a main dining area, a bar and two terraces and with its low lighting, loud music and busy open kitchen in the centre, Hawkerboi is set to become a popular, laid back space for fun and social gatherings.

BLUEWATERS ISLAND

This exclusive new dining venue is serving a special omakase featuring the best of Japanese cuisine: premium seafood coming from Japan’s biggest fish market and only the highest grade Kobe beef prepared on a flat open fireplace, all paired with a selection of fine wines and sakes. Robata’s design is minimalistic with lots of wood and clean, no fuss design.

NOLA BIJOU BISTRO & BAR

Noju brings the noise this summer! We're so excited to try this New Orleans cuisine - something so different for Dubai!

The design is inspired by a colonial house in rural New Orleans in the 1800s, guests are welcomed to a setting that is decidedly chic and so intimate.

Much like the design, the menu is inspired by French, Spanish and Cajun cuisines and focuses on sharing style plates: hors d’oeuvres like Beef Empanadas or artisanal charcuterie boards, seafood from the raw bar and main dishes including Seafood Jambalaya, Braised Short Ribs and Mussels Pot. Live bands playing jazz and soul as well as the resident DJ, make NOLA a charming place to dine and enjoy drinks with friends or celebrate special occasions.

Now this is something completely different and somewhat quirky! Newly opened Krasota aims to elevate its guests’ dining experience to new heights with their unique food theatre concept combining visual arts with haute cuisine.

Diners are seated on a circular table and can enjoy a perfectly curated set menu where each course is matched with its own act of 3D multimedia.

Tickets for the three daily seatings need to be purchased in advance due to their limited availability.
