We loved the softbab mains: the softbab is ceremoniously untied from its own clay pot, where the salmon and short rib lies on a bed of rice, which is beautifully crispy at the edges. The waiter then mixes it all in together - you can ask for it not to be mixed if you prefer to avoid the rice, but it was absolutely delicious. The dessert platter is pretty, perfect for lovers of mochi, matcha and some absolutely outstanding chocolate fondant.

While there's no kids entertainment as such, it's a fairly family friendly brunch, with loads of pizza and pasta on offer and friendly and accommodating staff on hand to get you whatever you need.

In terms of food, we love this no-food-waste ethos, with food being served directly to the table, and only as much as you can eat. The starters are fresh - who doesn't love a bit of caprese! - pizzas come fresh from the oven and are tasty and filling. Finish with a smooth and creamy tiramisu and your Friday night is made!
