Soup: The menu starts off with a simple warm soup filled with shredded seafood infused with the strong flavours of summer truffle.
Small Eats: The bamboo basket unveiled a vibrant selection of assorted Dim Sum, delicately wrapped to encase the unique bursting flavours in each. Toppings of gold leaf, caviar and alabone brought an extra layer of luxury to these already primo dumplings. The tender beef short ribs coated in sweet, sticky glaze were simply irresistible, enhanced with the sweet aroma of the Jasmine tea infusion.
Main: The most popular dishes from each category of the a la carte menu were showcased in this special menu. Glossed with a sweet honey sauce, the flaky Chilean seabass melted away with each bite and had us ooh-ing and ahh-ing. The cashew nut prawn was fried in the most light batter, giving it a light crisp to contrast with the crunch of the nuts and dry chilli. Dark soy flavours soaked through the Sanpei chicken claypot to create a deep, appetising dish to be enjoyed with the Edamame Egg Fried Rice.
Dessert: The warm chocolate sauce melted back the Hazelnut Jivara Bomb to reveal a lush hazelnut ice cream filled with a caramel sauce. Imagine a ferrero rocher but bigger and better.
