MANGO STICKY RICE | SILK AND SPICE | SOFITEL ABU DHABI

What strikes you first is how elevated the presentation of this mango sticky rice dish is: the tower of rice, the gleaming gold dish, the drip of coconut cream, rendered it almost too pretty to eat! Key word: almost! We loved the generous portion, the sweetness of the coconut cream and the fresh, sweet mango. And boom! - to the top of the mango sticky rice list it goes!
