We visited Paradiso at Yas Bay today and it is definitely a great addition to the food scene in Abu Dhabi, that definitely raises the bar for French restaurants around town.

Had a fabulous lunch at this newly opened restaurant which celebrates the friendship and combines the cuisine expertise of multi Michelin 3-starred Pierre Gagnaire and Nicole Rubi of the famous original La Petite Maison (LPM) in Nice.

Cuisine is of French Mediterranean inspiration and is prepared to perfection, genuine, comforting and refined at the same time.

Every dish was simply perfect and took us back to the French Riviera.

Vibe of this place is great as you eat by the sea, with a perfect staff on attendance managed professionally by a French Maître d’Hotel coming from the renowned Fouquet’s.

Everyone is friendly and professional which is a big plus as not really always the case around town.

We really had a perfect experience, and we are really fussy, as food is a bit sacred for French people !

Cannot wait to be back sooner than later.
