It's Culinary Month at Conrad Etihad Towers and that means you get to try 5 star menus at the incredible price of just AED250 per person. Each menu gives you 3 courses and 2 choices per course, including a vegetarian option - and everything is just delicious!

Li Beirut is one of Abu Dhabi's most popular Lebanese restaurants, giving diners both ambiance and view all in one! Head Chef Jouni Ibrahim has given us the best of the best in this excellent menu.

Ease into your meal with either a five-star mezze or a colourful and tasty cumin spiced-beetroot salad. Prepare to be wowed by the incredibly tender, perfectly cooked roast lamb on Lebanon's answer to risotto, a bed of tomato barley rice, or choose a beautiful cauliflower freekah main if you'd prefer not to have meat.

Finish strong, yet light with the absolutely divine signature baklava, - shards of pastry, dotted with cream enhanced with sweet notes of saffron, pistachio and honey.

Ray's Grill is one of the best places in Abu Dhabi to dine with a view and with this incredible set menu, you can experience the fabulous views from the 63rd floor at a stunning price!

Head Chef Daniel Irvine has outdone himself with this menu. Although Ray's is primarily all about the great cuts of meat, there are options here for vegetarians too.

Start with either a steaming bowl of heart-warming Spanish slow-cooked onion soup or the perfect marriage of pickled beets and smoked goat's cheese salad - a feast for the eyes and the palate.

The 225g striploin main is succulent and a meat lover's dream, especially when accompanied by thick steak fries, cooked in dripping and a smooth Bearnaise sauce. Those looking for a meat-free alternative will enjoy the equally tasty cauliflower steaks, smoky and tender.

There's nothing like cheesecake after steak to truly finish a meal in style. This silky smooth vanilla cheesecake, served with delicious macerated strawberries and coconut rum is the perfect ending to a superb meal. Alternatively, the warm apple pie is a dreamy note to end on.

Date night here we come!

Chef Simone de Vivo serves Italian food full of heart and soul: everything is made reminiscent of years of great Napoletano food with good memories attached. In this Culinary Month, you get to enjoy a great selection of dishes, enough to please even those with big appetites.

Start light and tasty with the popular scallop carpaccio, thin slices of scallop in olive oil and generously seasoned.

For main, choose from either risotto with the most delicious King Crab finished with anchovy oil, the perfect comfort food dish. The hearty pappardella, wide pasta tubes filled with the best show-cooked lamb shank - this is a dish to remember!

Dessert sees you sitting at a trattoria in Capri, eating a light chocolate almond tart perfectly complemented by a blood orange sorbet or a traditional Italian brioche served with the smoothest coffee gelato. What a way to finish!

It seems that everything that Chef Yosuke serves in Tori No Su is a winner, with tastes that transcend all others. This AED250 menu is a great opportunity to introduce yourself to small bites from the restaurant ... and in true Tori No Su style, everything not only looks excellent but tastes phenomenal too.

The basket of five-spice enhanced fried baby potato with superbly tender octopus is completely delicius. Dip your chip into the pleasantly kicky togarashi mayonnaise for a flavour explosion.

Follow that with white fish tempura, with a light, well-seasoned batter and black Angus beef Nikumaki. This dish was incredibly good, encompassing both the tenderness of the beef with the crunchiness of the asparagus within. These dishes are beautifully prepared and glorious to look at.

Finish with the Tori No Su specialty, the feather-light, melt-in-your-mouth Japanese cheesecake, served with fresh berries.

This outstanding culinary experience is one not to be missed.

The more hardy among us are already dining out on the Nahaam poolside terrace because this is the perfect place to enjoy Chef Nicky Javier's Culinary Month menu.

We love the international diversity of this menu. Starting strong with a beautiful seared ahi tuna and the best quality, most creamy Italian burrata with fresh tomatoes and olives, this is a feast for the eyes and the palate.

The roasted corn-fed chicken with sweet potato, mustard and veal bacon will appeal to everyone - this is an extremely tasty dish, done true to Nahaam form.

Saving the best for last, the chocolate lava pudding with Madagascan vanilla ice cream is hugely popular for a very good reason. With a beautiful, smooth chocolate centre, this is a lovely way to finish your evening.

Arguably Abu Dhabi's top South American restaurant and famous for its Saturday Trip brunch, VaKaVa's Culinary Month menu is a great way to either introduce yourself to the outstanding food served by Chef Eber or to try different dishes from what you're used to.

Start with an incredible seabass taradito, mounds of fish complemented by coriander and chili.

For mains, immerse yourself in an authentic Lomo saltado with beef tenderloin with crispy potatoes, soy and tomato and a creamy rice. If you're looking for a great vegetarian option, the taco taco is it: a Peruvian rice dish with a bean puree and vegetables.

The dulce de leche fondant might be the best dessert you try all year. Oozing with sweet dulce de leche, this is the ultimate sweet-tooth's dream. Equally as amazing is the tres leches cake, the best kind of comfort-food note on which to finish.
