Ting Irie‘s head chef, Tomlin George Graham, has spent the last 16 years spreading his love for Caribbean cuisine to many corners of the globe.Recently crowned as the winner of the Pro Chef Award for the Americas and Caribbean cuisine and shortlisted as Head Chef of the Year by Caterer ME, he remains curious, passionate, open-minded, and pedantic about menus, coaching staff, and spreading his love for cooking, all the way from his hometown of Portland Cottage in Clarendon, Jamaica.
