Thomas Straker is a classically trained chef, restaurateur and food entrepreneur who believes great food starts with great ingredients. Raised in Herefordshire, his upbringing surrounded by farm life shaped his passion for seasonal produce, quality sourcing and honest, straightforward cooking. In 2022, Thomas opened STRAKER’S in west London to widespread acclaim, establishing himself as one of Britain's most exciting chefs. He has since expanded with ACRE and STRAKER’S DINING ROOM on Golborne Road, with STRAKER’S NYC set to open in SoHo, marking his first international restaurant venture.

Beyond his restaurants, Thomas has built a hugely successful food business. What started as his viral All Things Butter social media series has grown into ALL THINGS, a dairy brand now stocked in over 15,000 stores across the UK and UAE, with a US launch on the horizon.
