Rich began his culinary journey at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where he developed a deep passion for cooking. His dedication led him to earn a Michelin star at the age of 26. He further advanced his career as Executive Chef for the Conrad Group and Marriott group in Ireland, gaining invaluable experience. Traveling the globe from Executive Chef roles on palm properties to a two Michelin-starred restaurant, over 15 years, he showcased his talents in Dubai, working with private clubs, and A-list celebrities. Now, he cooks simply for the love of it, cherishing the lessons from his distinguished career.
