Monica, an Egyptian foodie born in Abu Dhabi, pursued a career in architecture to fulfill her passion for art and creativity. However, soon she discovered that building design never fulfilled her as much as the delectable art she created in the kitchen!

Monica took a leap of faith in 2017, after quickly realizing there is a huge gap in the dessert/baked goods field. After perfecting her techniques and recipe, and attaining her pastry degree, Monica Bakes came to life !

The brand since then has quickly grown to be a Abu Dhabi family favorite for seasonal treats, weekend pick me ups, and a must have cake for every celebratory event!
