After studying in Tampa, Florida, Khaled transformed his life—shedding 70 kilograms and discovering a passion for healthy, flavorful cooking. His early ventures, including Grilled Cheesery (later Krust), sparked his culinary ambition. Recognized by the UAE’s Ministry of Culture, he represented Emirati cuisine in Paris and trained under Chef Grégoire at Ossiano, Atlantis The Palm, before refining his skills across several Atlantis restaurants, blending French precision with Emirati soul.
