Pitmaster Hunter Burkall was raised on a cattle farm in the American heartland — true barbecue country. He learned meat from the ground up: the animal, the cut, the fire, the smoke and, most importantly, the patience. Family, food and the joy of bringing people together have always been at the heart of his passion.

His career brought him to the UAE, where his love of authentic American BBQ ultimately led him to co-found Exit 10 BBQ with fellow pitmaster David Kimmerly. Together, they create premium grills and smokers designed and manufactured 100% in the UAE — built by pitmasters for pitmasters.

You’ll find Hunter behind the fire, smoking brisket and beef short ribs, carving tomahawks, leading cook-alongs and putting a plate in someone’s hand. Kids get the tongs. Nobody leaves hungry.
