Born in Naples, Gino D’Acampo inherited his passion for food from his grandfather before training at Luigi De Medici catering college and moving to London at 18. Today, he is one of the world’s best-known chefs and TV personalities, with over 25 years of screen experience.

Gino has fronted and appeared on numerous prime time shows, including This Morning, Gino’s Italy, and Family Fortunes, as well as the hit Gordon, Gino and Fred Road Trip, now on Netflix. He is also a bestselling author of 20 cookbooks, including the Sunday Times bestseller Gino’s Air Fryer Cookbook.

More recently, Gino has taken on 2x International Productions; Gino’s Canadian Escape, produced by TLN Network, and Spaghetti Wars, produced by Mega Arts Media. Both shows are set to come to screens in early 2027.

Beyond television, Gino runs a successful restaurant group, with 8 European locations and international expansions planned across Australia, US and the UAE. Gino has also launched food, cookware, and lifestyle ranges in partnership with major retailers, as well as his own brand – Gino Pizza Ovens, cementing his reputation as one of the world’s most successful restaurateurs and media personalities.
