Amna Al Hashemi is a trailblazing Emirati chef and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in food and hospitality. After leaving a career in media research, she followed her passion for creating food that feels like home rooted in quality, comfort and connection.

What began with homemade baked goods grew into Mitts & Trays, a restaurant concept blending Emirati hospitality with international flavours, with locations at Dubai Hills Mall and Bluewaters Island.

Amna also founded Another One Catering Services, delivering bespoke catering through her central kitchen in Dubai. Her team has catered for Dubai Police HQ, Police Academy, Public Prosecution, Dubai Media, DEWA, Sikka and CDA.

In August 2025, she represented the UAE at Expo Osaka with ICCA, showcasing authentic Emirati cuisine on the global stage.
